The final phase of ACL rehab is where athletes get their game back. 💙

This is where you rebuild the power, speed, and control to get back in the game with confidence:

✅ Agility Ladder High-Knee Marching (coordination and controlled knee drive)

✅ Lateral Agility Ladder Quick Steps (side-to-side speed and footwork)

✅ Agility Ladder Ickey Shuffle (agility and quick direction changes)

✅ Band-Assisted Split Squat Jumps (explosive power with controlled landings)

✅ Band-Resisted Lateral Bound with Medicine Ball (lateral power and single-leg stability)

✅ Single-Leg Leg Press (strength and balance in the injured leg)

✅ Weighted Bulgarian Split Squats (strengthens each leg for better symmetry)

Every child grows at their own pace, but these 5 signs are worth a closer look. 👦🏻👧🏻

As a parent, you know your child best. And while development isn't a race, some signs deserve a little extra attention:

🔴 Not meeting movement milestones. Sitting, crawling, or walking much later than expected.

🔴 Losing skills they already had. Any regression deserves a closer look.

🔴 Consistently favoring one side. A noticeable preference for one arm or leg.

🔴 Very stiff or very floppy movements. Muscle tone that seems noticeably different.

🔴 Difficulty with balance or coordination. Frequent falls beyond what's typical for their age.

Noticing one of these doesn't mean something is wrong, but it's always worth checking in. Early support can make a world of difference.

That’s the kind of freedom travel physical therapy offers, with the stability a travel agency can’t.

With us, you get guaranteed full-time work, no cancellations or lost hours, and continuous insurance coverage between assignments, even during PTO. You’ll work from one EMR and standardized systems across every Upstream clinic, so there’s no relearning documentation each time you move. And with flexible assignment lengths, typically 13 weeks with 6- or 12-month options, you can explore at your own pace. When you’re ready to settle into a permanent location, that door is always open too.

More stability, more flexibility, more of the experiences you actually want. That’s a career worth considering.

Ever feel like all your stress goes straight to your neck? There's a reason for that. 🤔

If your neck carries the weight of your whole day, you're not imagining it. Here's what's going on:

→ Your neck works nonstop, supporting and moving your head all day, so those muscles fatigue easily.

→ Stress shows up physically. You may unknowingly tense your neck and shoulders for hours.

→ Your daily positions add up. Desk time, looking down at your phone, and holding one position all leave your neck tight.

The good news? You don't have to just live with it. The right movement and support can make a real difference.

Dealing with neck tension? We can help. Book through this link: https://ow.ly/HHVO5100Be7

It all started back in 1996, with a single clinic and a simple belief: recovery is never built on just one thing. 💙

From the very beginning, it was about bringing the right pieces together. Skilled therapists who treat with their hands and their hearts. Spaces designed for healing. The tools to help every patient move, strengthen, and recover.

But the ingredient that's carried through it all is passion, a genuine drive to see people get back to the lives they love. That's been the heartbeat of Results since day one, and it still shows up in every session and every clinic today.

Because when care is this intentional, recovery becomes something we build together.

Nearly 30 years later, we'd love to be part of your recovery too. Book through this link: https://ow.ly/TeFK5100B9y

"Physical therapy is giving me less pain and more functionality."

That's Casey. After a car accident and shoulder surgery, he's been coming in twice a week, working to rebuild his range of motion step by step.

Recovery isn't always a straight line, and his surgery was bigger than he expected. But with every session, he's getting closer to his goal: being fully functional again. 💪

Keep going, Casey. We're right here with you.

Ever notice your physical therapist keeps making your exercises harder? There's a good reason for it. 🤔

It's not to torture you, promise. It's actually a sign you're making progress. Here's what's really going on:

1️⃣ Your body adapts to what you repeatedly do. Once an exercise feels easy, it needs more challenge to keep building strength and capacity.

2️⃣ Real life isn't always predictable. Adding resistance, balance, speed, or coordination better prepares you for everyday demands.

3️⃣ Progress needs progression. Your physical therapist adjusts your exercises as you improve, so your body keeps adapting instead of plateauing.

So the next time your exercises get tougher, take it as a compliment. It means you're getting stronger. 💪

So trust the process. Your physical therapist is challenging you for a reason. 💙
