If you could go back and talk to your younger self, what would you say?

I LOVE to time-bend, create a curve from here to there, and in the now, heal the then.

In the body, there is only the present. Healing is happening in the now.

We can feel a yesteryear’s feelings and heal them today.

So today- just me, my younger self, the trees, the sky, the grass, the birds, some time-travel… and some healing.

And some kindness, some forgiveness, some letting go, and lots of love.

I am doubling down on the discomfort of sharing my experience out loud - cause

I know it’s healing something in me.

These posts are for the public.
But really - we are all mirrors for eachother.
This whole platform is a mirror.

And when I get super truthful about my own experience, and it triggers something in me, I can respond by saying less, being more quiet, keeping the inside voice inside- or

I can embrace that inside voice.
And break out of my shell.
Throw caution to the wind.
And just enjoy the experience.

So here I go!

I love my journey. ☀️
I love everything I’ve learned along the way!

Mistakes, missteps, victories, highs and lows, wins and losses- they all brought me here.

For many years, I’ve silenced myself.
I’ve worried that my story, my choices, might make another upset, and so I didn’t want to share.

I am so proud of my journey.
I want it to be in the mix. I want it to be proof of options, of possibilities, of a path that can be chosen.

Health is wealth. It is the true decider of our range and potential in life.

Learning everything we can about this body’s miraculous design benefits us all so much…
