As many of you know, Greg has been dealing with some hand issues lately.

Despite his best efforts, his schedule has become increasingly busy, and we've reached a point where we need to make some adjustments.❤️‍🩹

To ensure Greg can continue delivering his signature quality work to existing clients, we've made the difficult decision to ✨️temporarily✨️ close his books to new clients.

⭐️Don't worry, existing clients!⭐️
If you're already working with Greg on a project, you'll still receive the same level of dedication and expertise.

We want to start by saying thank you.🙏❤️
Thank you to each and every one of Greg's clients for your years of support and trust in his artistry.

It means the world! 🥹

However, we need to share some news with you.
As some of you may know, Greg has been dealing with the long-term side effects of a previous injury and surgery on his hand.

Unfortunately, this means he'll need to slow down the number of hours he's tattooing per day. 🫤

✨️What does this mean for you?✨️

Occasionally, we'll need to reach out to some clients to adjust appointment times based on Greg's hand health.
We know it can be frustrating, but we're asking for your patience and understanding as we figure out a new way for Greg to keep doing what he loves.
Our goal is to ensure Greg can continue tattooing for years to come, and we're committed to making that happen. 💪🤘

Unfortunately, we've noticed a trend of piercing clients arriving late due to claiming they weren't aware of our new location. 👎 As we've been promoting our new address through various channels, we hope you can understand that this excuse is no longer valid.❌️

Please note that Beneath the Surface is no longer listed on Google, so your GPS will not direct you to the old location.

⚖️New Policy for Late Arrivals⚖️

Our manager has asked James to implement a new policy: clients who arrive late due to claiming they went to the old shop will have until the end of the same business day to receive their scheduled service without affecting their deposit. After that, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit to book another appointment.
