Are you wearing the same shoes every day?

Dr. Kim explains why rotating your shoes can help reduce moisture buildup and lower the risk of fungal problems.

Fungus loves dark, warm, moist environments — and your shoes can easily become the perfect place for it to grow, especially if you wear the same pair daily.

✅ Rotate your shoes
✅ Let each pair fully dry
✅ Use antifungal spray regularly
✅ Change socks when your feet get sweaty

Small habits can make a big difference for healthier feet and nails!
