Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget.
Muscle tension, insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues, or fatigue are often signals that something deeper needs release.
💫 Healing isn’t about being perfect — it’s about giving your body and emotions the chance to let go.

🌟🌿Healing Story 🌿🌟 by Cinthia Casas

The códica sessions with Patricia have been a truly transformative experience for me. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to recognize and understand my emotions, identify which ones are weaker, and most importantly, how to work with them consciously.

Patricia has a special gift for clearly explaining what these emotions mean in my life. The most valuable part is that together we always reach the root of when and why these emotions were triggered, and how to release them.

Each session has brought me understanding, healing, and inner strength. Without a doubt, this is a therapy I recommend to anyone who wants to grow, heal, and reconnect with their true essence. 💖🙏✨
