Eligible SilverSneakers members receive regular gym access and may attend these classes. No qualifying insurance benefit? You’re still welcome—ask about our $29.99-per-month senior membership, which also includes regular gym access and the senior classes.

The Stafford Wellness pool is still open for after-school swims, family time, and cooling off in this Texas heat.

Members enjoy pool access, and non-members are welcome with a day pass. Children age three and under swim free.
