Grace Community Health provided care to 19 patients living in local shelters at our weekly clinic for both sick and well visits. If you need healthcare, but don’t have resources, Grace Community Health can help you! We are judgement-free, no cost, non-profit organization. Our volunteers provide care to individuals without resources. Patients are welcome for walk-in visits on Monday afternoons.
