I can’t stop talking about him… Have you used doTERRA essential oils yet?

I have a lot of wonderful, trusted friends who work in the healthcare industry. And I would trust a number of them for my tougher medical needs.

But if I can handle every day healthcare support in my own home, and use natural solutions doing it (fast acting, no side effects), then that’s the best win-win for me.

☀️ easing digestive discomfort
☀️ relaxing, tense muscles
☀️ supporting deeper sleep
☀️ easing period cramps and PMS
☀️ facilitating deeper detoxification
☀️ alleviating aches and pain
☀️ slowing the racing mind
☀️ relieving stress and upset

We do all of this on a regular basis, and within seconds in our own home with a selection of doTERRA essential oils.

I no, you don’t need all of these. 10 to 15 will cover most everything a family needs. (We just love all the extra saucy ones too. 😜)

If you’ve never been taught how to use them, just give me an 1 hour and you’ll be empowered and equipped with everything you need to know.

DM me or comment 1 below and I’ll reach out to schedule.

The world of essential oils can be very confusing for people who have not used them before.

Here are my strongest recommendations.

✨ use only the best. your body feels and has to filter everything. Adulteration and additives or a no no.

✨ less is more. Start with one drop and allow your body to shift.

✨ you don’t need a billion different ones. 10 to 15 of the most used oils will handle hundreds of needs in your every day life.

✨ work with a Wellness Advocate you trust so you can get 25% off and personal life experience proof

✨ use one of these resource guide books to find personal protocols for what you’re going through

Last week I taught a workshop on using pure essential oils to support emotional well being.

And standing in that room reminded me of something I needed to hear too.

It has been a challenging year for our family. And it had been a while since I taught one of these.

But these oils have been faithful. Every single day, they have been one of my steadiest tools for meeting hard emotions and moving through them instead of getting stuck underneath them.

In the workshop we did not just talk about it. We experienced it.

Pure aroma reaches the limbic brain directly, the part of us wired to emotion, and within seconds you can feel something shift.

The room softens. Shoulders drop. You could watch people come back to themselves.

That is the part I will never get tired of.

How something so pure and simple can support us so deeply.

And now doTERRA’s convention is coming to Orlando. 😱🤩

I get to be in a room with so many of my doTERRA family and friends, and I cannot wait.

I have been practicing, studying and partnering with this company in business every day for 12 years now … and it’s truly been an honor.

Moments like these remind me why I am so proud to be part of this worldwide mission to bring natural essential oils into every home, supporting deep emotional and physical well being.

I love what I do. 😍💕.

If you feel the call to join us this week, tickets are still available.

What does it look like when a room of executives prime their brains for expansion?

At CreateHERS Conference, three specific pure essential oils sat on every table before the key sessions started. I coached the room through using them so they could think clearly and actually optimize the business plans they’d come there to build.

Peppermint went first. It wakes the brain up and gets it ready to receive new ideas. If you’re the one starting to drift off in a meeting, that’s your oil.

Citrus Bliss went next. It activates the frontal lobe, your creativity center. That’s the part of the brain that decides whether you’re willing to speak up and get visible with your ideas.

The third one was Balance, a grounding blend for those who’s nervous system needs grounding as new ideas are being implemented.

This isn’t a retreat practice. It’s a simple and precise routine any business owner or exec can run at their desk before a big meeting.

If you plan events for business owners and execs, reply STAGE and let’s talk about bringing this routine to your room.

And if you’re in the area, follow HER Immersions for women’s events that include this level of intentionality.
