There’s a peptide I can’t say on here — but it starts with KISS, and it might be the most clinically interesting tool I use for women who aren’t ovulating.
In this carousel I’m breaking down: → How it works (the full GnRH → LH cascade) → The 3 patterns I use it for → Why the protocol is completely different for each one → Why this is NOT something you self-dose
Swipe through and drop a 💋 in the comments if you have questions.

You asked about the peptide that starts with KISS — here’s how I use it when I see a weak LH spike.
This is a completely different protocol than when there’s no LH at all.
When the signal is there but quiet, the goal is amplification — not replacement. We’re working with the hypothalamic-pituitary axis to strengthen what’s already trying to fire.
This is why dosing matters so much. Same peptide, completely different approach depending on your pattern. This is not something you self-dose. This is physician territory.

There’s a peptide I can’t name on here because I’ve already been banned once for saying it.
But it starts with KISS — and it might be the most important thing I use in my practice for women who aren’t ovulating.

Your fertility monitor isn’t just a tracking tool.
In my practice, it’s diagnostic data — and it’s exactly how I decide whether to use kisspeptin, and if so, which protocol.
The same peptide. Three completely different approaches. All based on what your chart shows.
Swipe to see how I read your monitor data to make that call.
⚠️ This is physician-territory work. Save this carousel so you understand the clinical reasoning behind it.

Multiple LH spikes throughout your cycle with no clear progesterone rise after any of them — this is a pattern that gets missed constantly.
Your monitor isn’t broken. Your body is trying to ovulate and not quite getting there.
When I see this, I’m looking at:
• PCOS or subclinical PCOS
• Elevated cortisol disrupting the hypothalamic-pituitary axis
• Systemic inflammation
• Nutrient deficiencies affecting the LH surge quality
The LH signal is firing — but it’s not strong enough or sustained enough to trigger a proper ovulation and form a functional corpus luteum.
This is one of the more complex patterns to work with, and it requires a comprehensive workup — not a supplement protocol you found on the internet.
If this is your chart, I want to see your labs. Comment ROOT CAUSE below to get started

Progesterone Series Carousel
Not all luteal phase defects look the same — and treating them all the same way is exactly why so many women stay stuck.
I see 3 distinct progesterone patterns on fertility monitors every single week. Each one is telling me something completely different about what’s going on in the body.
Swipe through to see which pattern looks familiar to you.
This week I’m breaking down each one in detail — follow so you don’t miss it.
Save this if you’re tracking your cycle and something feels off. 📌

Her TSH is 4.40. Her Free T3 is 3.93. Her ferritin is 48. Her prolactin is 874 — with a reference range that tops out at 496. Her FSH is 25.87. Her AMH is 0.133.

She’s been told this looks like diminished ovarian reserve with elevated prolactin.

That’s not what I see.

Quick Note on the prolactin: she did have a pituitary MRI checking for prolactinoma which is why I am not assuming the elevated prolactin is the cause of her fertility issues and noting the other potential issues here

I see an undertreated thyroid driving everything else. When the thyroid is suboptimal, TRH stays elevated — and elevated TRH directly stimulates the pituitary to produce more prolactin. Her prolactin isn’t a separate problem. Her thyroid is causing it.

Her ferritin at 48 looks fine on a standard lab range. But optimal for T4 to T3 conversion is 70 to 80 or higher. Low ferritin impairs that conversion — so even the thyroid medication she IS taking isn’t working as well as it should.

Her high FSH isn’t just a ovarian reserve issue. It’s her pituitary working harder because her thyroid isn’t optimized and her entire signaling environment is disrupted.

Three months on a protocol where the numbers are getting worse is not a you problem. It’s an incomplete investigation.

The thyroid is the root cause. Everything else is downstream of it.

October is here.

And if getting pregnant in the new year is on your heart — this is your 90-day window. Starting today.

Most people don’t realize that the egg releasing in January is developing right now. The s***m meeting that egg is forming right now. The hormonal environment, the gut health, the nutrient status — all of it is being built or depleted right now.

Swipe through for exactly where to focus these next 90 days. For both of you.

This is not about doing more. It’s about doing the right things — in the right order — so your body is actually ready when you start trying.

→ Cycle monitoring that shows you real hormone values
→ Both partners investigated from day one
→ Gut health as the foundation everything else depends on
→ Cortisol picture — because stress is biochemistry, not a mindset
→ Foundational nutrients at optimal levels, not just in range

90 days. Starting today.

The uterine environment. The hormone levels. The gut health. The nutrient status. None of it changes overnight.

This is why fertility prep is not something you start after trying fails. It’s something you do before you start — so that when you start, your body is actually ready.

90 days. Starting October 1st. This is your window.

If you don’t know where to begin — comment ROOT CAUSE below and I’ll send you my free fertility webinar. It’s the best place to start understanding what preparation actually looks like for both of you.

After 17 years on birth control, my cycles weren’t normal. My gut needed rebuilding. And my cortisol was through the roof from the stress load I was carrying.

None of those things were going to fix themselves by trying harder.

The biology is the biology — eggs take 90 days to mature, s***m regenerates every 72-74 days, and gut healing doesn’t happen overnight. Rushing it is why so many couples do everything right and still feel stuck at month 3, 6, 12.

If healing isn’t in your fertility plan, that’s the conversation that needs to happen first.
