HOW TO GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER AS A WOMAN IN 90 DAYS

Start with ONE piece of paper.

1. Write down everything that feels out of control. Money, health, relationships, work, home, habits, confidence—get it out of your head and onto paper.

2. Circle your biggest problem. Don't try to fix your entire life at once. Find the one thing creating the most chaos and start there.

3. Write down what you actually want. Not what your family wants, your partner wants, or society expects. Write what you want your life to look like.

4. Choose 3 priorities for the next 90 days. Your entire life doesn't need a makeover. Three meaningful priorities are enough.

5. Create a “STOP DOING” list. Stop chasing people, overspending, doom-scrolling, procrastinating, overexplaining, and saying yes when you mean no.

6. Clean your physical space. Throw away what you don't use, organize what you do, and create an environment that makes you feel calm instead of overwhelmed.

7. Fix your sleep schedule. Going to bed at random hours and waking up exhausted makes everything feel harder than it needs to be.

8. Move your body every day. You don't need an extreme workout plan. Walk, stretch, dance, lift weights—just stop treating movement like punishment.

9. Get serious about your money. Write down your income, expenses, debts, savings, subscriptions, and unnecessary spending. You can't improve what you refuse to look at.

10. Start saving something every week. Even if it's small. The goal isn't the amount at first—the goal is becoming a woman who consistently pays herself first.

11. Learn one valuable skill. Pick something that can increase your confidence, career opportunities, or income and dedicate time to it every week.

12. Stop giving everyone unlimited access to you. Your time, attention, energy, and emotional availability are not public property.

13. Set one boundary you've been avoiding. You don't need a dramatic announcement. Simply change what you participate in.

14. Stop checking on people who aren't checking on you. Don't waste your mornings stalking someone else's life while neglecting your own.

15. Have the conversation you've been avoiding. Say what needs to be said respectfully, clearly, and without rehearsing 47 different versions first.

16. Delete what constantly triggers you. Old conversations, unnecessary notifications, toxic accounts, and digital clutter can keep you emotionally stuck.

17. Create a simple morning routine. Wake up, hydrate, move, get ready, review your priorities, and start your day before the world starts demanding your attention.

18. Create a simple evening routine. Put your phone down, prepare for tomorrow, tidy your space, reflect on your day, and give your brain permission to slow down.

19. Keep promises to yourself. If you say you'll exercise, exercise. If you say you'll save money, save it. Self-respect grows when your actions match your intentions.

20. Stop waiting to feel motivated. Do the thing because it's important, not because you're in the mood.

21. Upgrade what you consume. Follow people who teach you something. Read things that challenge you. Listen to ideas that make you think.

22. Spend less time explaining yourself. People who respect you don't need a 10-page explanation for every decision you make.

23. Become comfortable saying “No.” You don't need an excuse every time. “No, I can't” is a complete answer.

24. Take yourself seriously. Your goals aren't silly because someone else doesn't understand them. Start behaving like the woman you're trying to become.

25. Stop romanticizing potential. Look at people and situations based on what they consistently are, not what you hope they'll eventually become.

26. Make your health a priority. Schedule the appointments you've postponed, take care of your body, eat nourishing food, and stop waiting for a crisis to start caring about yourself.

27. Create a weekly reset. Once a week, review your money, calendar, home, goals, meals, priorities, and unfinished tasks.

28. Spend more time creating than consuming. Build something. Write something. Learn something. Sell something. Start something.

29. Forgive yourself for lost time. You cannot change the months or years you wasted, but you can stop wasting more time feeling guilty about them.

30. At day 90, compare yourself to day 1. You don't need to have a perfect life. You just need evidence that you became more disciplined, peaceful, capable, financially aware, and intentional.

The goal isn't to become a completely different woman in 90 days.
It's to become the woman who finally keeps choosing herself.

The Earth is Flat.

We have never been to the moon.

Antarctica is not protected because of penguins.

History was not preserved.
It was edited.

Maps were not made to show you the world.
They were made to shape how you understand it.

NASA is not a space agency.
It is a belief system with a government budget.

AI was made public so people would be forced to question a third of what they see, while still never questioning the people who showed it to them.

Social media was not created to connect us.
It was created to study us.

Every photo, every caption, every like, every comment, every argument, every insecurity, every desire, every face, every habit — training data.

They did not need to put chips in people.
They gave everybody a phone and made addiction feel like freedom.

Life is a simulation because most people are living inside patterns they did not design.

Wake up.
Work.
Scroll.
Consume.
Argue.
Pay bills.
Repeat.

Then call it free will.

We live under the guise of choice, but most people only choose from the options placed in front of them.

The food is poisoned.

The music is programmed.

The news is theater.

The money is imaginary.

The education is obedience training.

The entertainment is spiritual anesthesia.

The medicine manages symptoms more than it restores people.

The government studies people more than it serves them.

The algorithm knows people better than their own families do.

And the scariest part is not that the world may be fake.

The scariest part is that most people would rather defend the lie than research why they were taught to laugh at the truth.

Because once a person can be trained to mock their own awakening…

they do not need chains anymore.

They will guard the prison themselves.
