New around here? Hi, I’m Jessica, the woman behind Spirit Explorations. 🙋‍♀️

I believe there’s more to our inner lives than we can always explain, and that curiosity, intuition, and a little openness can lead us to meaningful discoveries.

I know the hesitation that comes before a big leap. I’ve moved multiple times without having the whole picture or even a plan laid out in front of me. The last time was when I moved from Singapore to California, and that move changed my career direction, too.

It was scary, but those choices helped shape the life I have now. We’re the creators of our lives. Don’t let fear stand in the way of what might be waiting for you.

Some souls seem to bring something alive in us. A conversation, a shared experience, or simply being in each other’s presence can help us see ourselves more clearly and take the next step in our own awakening.

Sometimes it arrives through a vivid dream, a familiar scent, a meaningful song, a sudden memory or simply the feeling that they are near.

Create a quiet space, set your intention and remain open to whatever comes through without trying to force the experience.

The connection may feel subtle, and it may not happen immediately.
