During this challenging time, it’s important to stay informed and take steps to protect yourself and your loved ones. Here’s how to navigate the poor air quality caused by the fires:

✅ Monitor Air Quality: Use tools like the AQI or local weather apps for real-time updates.

😷 Protect Your Lungs: If you need to go outside, wear an N95 or P100 mask. Cloth masks won’t block harmful particulates.

🏡 Create a Safe Space Indoors: Keep windows and doors closed and use a HEPA-filtered air purifier if available.

❤️ Support Vulnerable Groups: Check in on children, seniors, and those with health conditions who may be more affected.
