Add chicken, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked. Remove and shred the chicken, then return it to the pot with the egg noodles. Once the noodles are tender, lower the heat and stir in cream cheese and cheddar until smooth and creamy. Finish with crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.

Return the chicken to the skillet and gently simmer until fully cooked and coated in the creamy onion gravy.
🥧 Individual Chicken Pot Pies
Ingredients: 4 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1¾ cups chicken broth, 1½ cups half-and-half or milk, 2 cups cooked chicken, 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, ½ tsp poultry seasoning, ½ tsp salt, ¾ tsp thyme, 1 box refrigerated pie crust.
Egg wash: 1 large egg + 1 tbsp milk.
🥕 Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour, and cook for about a minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth followed by half-and-half until the sauce becomes thick and creamy. Stir in cooked chicken, vegetables, poultry seasoning, thyme, and salt. Divide the filling among individual ramekins. Cut pie crust rounds slightly larger than each ramekin and place them over the filling, sealing the edges and cutting small steam vents in the tops. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and bubbling.
🍗 Creamy Smothered Chicken
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp poultry seasoning, salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp butter, 2 small sliced onions, 3 minced garlic cloves, ½ cup chicken broth, and ¼ cup heavy cream.
🌿 Slice thick chicken breasts into thinner cutlets for quicker, more even cooking. Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper and lightly dredge in flour. Brown the chicken in olive oil, then set it aside. Melt the butter in the same skillet and cook the onions until golden and soft before adding the garlic. Pour in the broth and simmer while scraping the skillet clean, then stir in the heavy cream. Return the chicken and simmer gently until the sauce is silky and the chicken reaches 165°F. Spoon plenty of onion gravy over the top and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or green beans.
