Flower Mart fit, and almost all of it is on sale! Keeping it comfy, casual, and mostly natural fibers. A little linen, some well-loved denim, and pieces I’ll wear on repeat. Proof that you don’t need a whole new wardrobe to put together a cute outfit.

Outfit details:
• Linen knit tank, LOFT
• Denim, so old it’s practically vintage
• Linen socks
• Suede sneakers, Cariuma
• Jewelry, Ana Luisa
• Sunnies, my one exception to the natural materials rule

Good sleep has been a struggle lately, and this Gen X girl is ready to do something about it!

We all know sleep affects EVERYTHING, our hormones, mood, energy, recovery, and overall health.

I’ve decided to put the Pulsetto vagus nerve stimulation device to the test to see if it can actually make a difference.

I’ll be tracking my sleep, HRV, and recovery with my Oura Ring and sharing my experience along the way. No sugarcoating, just real results, good or bad!

Want to try Pulsetto for yourself?

Head to Pulsetto’s website or shop through the link in my bio.

And here’s the important part… FOLLOW ME to find out how much this actually helps! I’ll be sharing updates, my Oura Ring data, and whether I think it’s worth the investment.

Have you tried vagus nerve stimulation? Drop your experience below! And save or share this with someone who could use better sleep.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day may be one day on the calendar, but supporting Indigenous-owned businesses should be an everyday thing.

From California-grown olive oil and traditional heirloom foods to botanical skincare and handcrafted soaps, these nine businesses are bringing something special to the table.

What I love most is how they connect thoughtful ingredients, cultural heritage, and care for the land. Some are preserving traditional growing practices, others are creating beautiful products inspired by generations of plant knowledge.

Here are the brands to discover and support:

Séka Hills
Temalpakh Farm
Satya Organic Skin Care
Skwálwen Botanicals
Bison Star Naturals
Ramona's American Indian Foods
Birch Bark Coffee Company Inc.
The Yukon Soaps Company
Lakota Made LLC

Supporting businesses doing things thoughtfully is one small way we can make a meaningful difference. And that support doesn’t have to end when the holiday does.

Save this post, share it with a friend, and tell me which brand caught your eye!

I’ve been doing my homework on creatine, and once I decided I wanted to add it to my routine, you know I had to look at more than just the front of the bottle.

Comment the word - shop - to get the link.

I landed on Rx, and here’s why it gets my Mandini Approved stamp:

• Third-party tested
• Made in NSF/GMP-certified facilities
• No magnesium stearate
• No artificial colors
• No artificial sweeteners
• No artificial preservatives
• No gluten or wheat
• No soy or corn allergens
• Non-GMO
• Made in the USA

And this isn’t your typical scoop of creatine. CreAttain uses CreaXorb BioSNEDS technology, a specialized delivery system designed to improve creatine bioavailability.

Why creatine? I originally knew it for strength, lean mass and exercise performance, but I’ve been fascinated by the research around creatine beyond the gym too, including healthy aging and cognitive function.

One important distinction: I’m just starting this, so Mandini Approved means I like what I’ve found about the brand, ingredients and formulation. I’m not claiming results I haven’t experienced yet.

I’ll be taking it consistently and reporting back in a month with what I actually think.

Shop the exact one I’m trying right here on my LTK.

I don’t political content, that’s not what this is about for me.

This is about people. Farmers, families, communities, and protecting the knowledge and traditions that have been passed down for generations.

Stories like this remind me that change can start simply because ordinary people care enough to pay attention, ask questions, speak up, and stand beside one another.

You don’t have to agree on everything to care about people.

We really are all in this together. And I’ll always believe being a good human is a pretty good place to start.

Around here I share what I’m learning about our food, farming, lower tox living, clean beauty, and lower tox fashion, because what we buy, wear, eat, and support matters.

If that sounds like your kind of corner of the internet, follow along, save this, and share it with a friend.

I’ve been loving my Ana Luisa pieces, not only because they’re gorgeous and so easy to wear, but because I appreciate the steps they’re taking toward more responsible jewelry.

Why I love this brand:

• They prioritize certified recycled sterling silver and gold whenever possible
• Carbon neutral since 2020
• Third party social audits of their manufacturing partners
• Lab grown diamonds and recycled glass used in select pieces
• Minimal packaging made with recycled materials
• Pieces are tested for water resistance, tarnish resistance and hypoallergenic wear
• Designed to be elevated, wearable and made to last

I’m wearing the Perry earrings in gold + the Medium Pebble necklace in gold, which I specifically chose to pair with my Pebble earrings. The combo is sooo good.

Classic, a little sculptural, and just enough statement without trying too hard.

Pact has been one of my go to brands for organic cotton basics for years. I just grabbed new leggings for myself AND my daughters.

Comment the word "shop" for the link.

Most of their clothing is made with organic cotton or natural fibers, but I always recommend checking the fabric label because some pieces do contain synthetics, especially for stretch.

I also love their GOTS certified organic cotton, Fair Trade Certified factories, and more thoughtfully considered packaging.

Is every piece perfect? No, but Pact continues to be one of my favorite places for more accessible, lower tox closet swaps.

I linked some of my current favorites + our new leggings on my LTK.

Follow Low-Tox Living 🌿 for more natural fibers + low tox finds. Save + share with your crunchy-ish friend.

I love seeing big food companies take food quality and ingredient transparency seriously. 👏🏼

In-N-Out Burger® & Lynsi Snyder are making some meaningful changes, including removing Red 40 and Yellow 5, switching to turmeric and beta carotene for color, using real vanilla, moving away from high fructose corn syrup, and making additional updates to ingredients in its buns and cooking oils.

Is fast food suddenly health food? Of course not. But this is a really good move in the right direction, and I think companies deserve recognition when they make better choices.

More of this, please.

Those avocado oil chips might not actually contain authentic avocado oil. 🥑👀

A UC Davis study tested 28 avocado oil chip samples, and 26 failed authenticity testing. That’s 93%. 😳

Swipe for what they found, why it matters, and what we can do about it.

Save this for your next grocery run, share it with your avocado oil loving friends, and follow Low-Tox Living 🌿 for more ingredient deep dives. 🤍
