WHO GETS LEFT BEHIND? BRIDGING THE WELLNESS GAP FOR TRANS-MASCULINE MEN

How can we celebrate LGBTQ+ progress when some members of that community are still fighting to be seen, heard, and respected? Join Dr. Dontá Morrison and special guest Dr. Elijah Nicholas for a powerful, unapologetic conversation about the systemic barriers, healthcare inequities, and cultural challenges impacting the health and wellness of trans-masculine men. From mental health and sexual wellness to HIV prevention, representation, and access to affirming care, we're confronting uncomfortable truths and challenging what genuine inclusion looks like.

Because true health equity isn't about how many people we claim to include, it's about who we're still leaving behind.

CAN FAITH HEAL WHAT STIGMA HAS BROKEN?

For generations, faith has been a source of hope, healing, and strength. But when it comes to HIV, has the church been a bridge to healing or a barrier to care?

Join Dr. Dontá Morrison and special guest Rev. Dr. Sande Bailey-Gwinn, for a powerful discussion exploring the intersection of faith, spirituality, and HIV prevention and care.

Together, they're challenging religious stigma, confronting uncomfortable truths, and examining how faith communities can become powerful partners in HIV prevention, treatment support, and whole-person wellness.

During this episode Drs. Morrison and Maultsby challenge the notion that everyone faces HIV on equal terms. They will examine how power, privilege, and socioeconomic inequality influence who has access to prevention, who receives treatment, who participates in research, and ultimately, who experiences the greatest burden of HIV. Tune in and join the discussion.

Today at 12 PM, Dr. Lee Maultsby joins me for a powerful, unapologetic conversation about how money, power, and privilege shape who gets access to HIV prevention, treatment, and researchand who bears the greatest burden of HIV.

Basically: When one man has the money, connections, and resources to protect his sexual health while another struggles just to access basic prevention and care, are they really facing the same risks? Or does privilege determine who gets protected, who gets treated, and who gets left behind?

Make sure to tune in.
