sea moss is best when it’s wildcrafted and grown on rocks.

there are two common types - gracilaria spp. that is often grown in warmer climates, and Chrondus crispus that prefers cold environments.

it’s full of vitamins and minerals like B, B12, calcium, chromium, magnesium and zinc.

Sea Moss also rich in iodine (the human body does not produce), which feeds the thyroid and helps control the hormones responsible for metabolism and energy.

have you tried sea moss? how did you feel?
