When we visited Vanadzor Kindergarten #28 (Վանաձորի թիվ քսանութ մանկապարտեզ), the children were enjoying lunchtime together. ❤️ A simple, joyful reminder of why this work matters.

In loving memory of Mr. Thomas Ashot Tahmassian, a new classroom now serves 30 children and has created 3 new jobs in the community.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Tahmassian family for honoring his memory in such a meaningful way. His legacy will live on through the children who learn, grow, and make memories here for years to come. ❤️💙🧡

The Anahit Project was created and is led by four remarkable young ladies: Nareh Derhartounian Natalie Kaplanian, Melody Sagarian & Lara Minassians. FCN is proud to support their efforts to provide essential hygiene products to the girls at Debi Arach Center.

Our thanks also go to the Debi Arach team for welcoming us so warmly and gathering the 40 teenage girls during our visits.

Melody, Natalie, Lara & Nareh jan, thank you for turning your care into action. ❤️💙🧡

Sweet dreams in Marmashen! 💛

Today we visited the Marmashen kindergarten in Shirak Marz for a monitoring visit and arrived right at nap time, with the children sleeping soundly.

After 34 years without a kindergarten, since the 1988 Spitak earthquake, Marmashen opened its doors to 60 children in 2022 and now employs 16 locals, strengthening families and the whole community.

This was made possible by our longtime FCN supporters, the Yeremian Family. Because of their generosity, these children now have a safe, warm place to learn, play, and rest. Thank you! 🙏

In loving memory of Mr. Soren Sarkissian, friends and family chose to honor his memory through donations to Focus on Children Now (FCN) in lieu of flowers.

Today, because of theirk generosity, 32 children in Vostan village, Ararat Marz, are able to attend kindergarten — many for the very first time.

Mr. Sarkissian's legacy now lives on in the laughter of these children, in their first steps toward education, and in the brighter futures being built for an entire community.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave in his honor, turning a moment of loss into lasting hope. Thank you for helping us continue our mission — breaking the poverty cycle, one child at a time. 💛

🎂✨ A Milestone Birthday with Purpose

What better way to celebrate than by transforming lives? Thank you, Monica jan, for your incredible generosity!

For her milestone birthday, Monica chose to give—donating to Dimitrov, Ararat marz, kindergarten in lieu of gifts. The result? 30 children now have access to early education and opportunity. Three new full-time jobs have been created, and mothers in the community can now work and provide for their families.

This is what celebrating with purpose looks like.

If you're marking a special milestone this year—a birthday, anniversary, or achievement—we invite you to consider following Monica's lead. A donation in lieu of gifts can transform entire communities and create ripples of hope that last for years.

Together, we create change. Together, we build futures.
