My Sunday post,

Are you ready for climate change?

Hiking is always a great way to get clarity. Hiking solo today helped me get perspective on the disaster in Nepal. A stiff climb (1500 elevation gain) alone in the woods kept me focused on my breath. The stunning environment, a lay-down in the meadow cloudwatching helped me expand my mind. A tinge of fall in the air while the sun was warm and the breeze cool. 6 miles out and back. Cordova trail starting at Aqua Piedra campground.
