Real-world outcomes matter.

At the North American Spine Society 2026 Annual Meeting, Synergy Spine Solutions presented results from the PERFORM international multicenter study evaluating the Synergy Disc® in routine clinical practice.

The study followed 120 patients treated across five international sites and found:

• Significant reductions in neck pain and disability maintained through long-term follow-up
• No device-related adverse events reported
• No explants or supplemental fixation procedures
• 100% estimated device survival through up to four years

Designed to preserve motion while supporting sagittal alignment, the Synergy Disc continues to demonstrate strong outcomes in real-world evidence.

That’s a wrap on EUROSPINE 2026!

Three busy days in Gothenburg and a fantastic opportunity to connect with surgeons, distributors, partners and colleagues from across the international spine community.

Thank you to everyone who met with the Synergy Spine Solutions team. We’ve had some excellent discussions around cervical disc replacement, motion preservation, and the role alignment can play in advancing the next generation of cervical arthroplasty.

We leave Gothenburg energized by the conversations we've had and excited about what comes next.

We look forward to continuing to work together to expand access to motion-preserving technologies across Europe and beyond.

Until next year!

We're excited to share that Chad E. Campion, MD recently performed a case with the Synergy Disc, utilizing the 6° lordotic core implant for his patient.

The evolution of cervical arthroplasty continues to be driven by surgeons who are looking for ways to preserve motion while also addressing alignment. The Synergy Disc is designed to bring alignment to the center of motion preservation, offering surgeons a solution designed to support both.

We’re grateful to Dr. Campion for his commitment to advancing cervical arthroplasty and for helping bring the next generation of motion-preserving care to more patients.

We’re excited to share the publication of the two-year results from the Synergy Disc U.S. IDE 1-level study in Spine Open.

At 24 months, patients treated with the Synergy Disc demonstrated:

- 87.1% composite clinical success, compared with 56.6% for ACDF
- Meaningful improvements in neck and arm pain
- Higher patient satisfaction
- 91.7% clinically meaningful improvement in NDI
- Improved cervical alignment, with disc angle increasing from 2.2° preoperatively to 7.5° at 24 months

These findings add to the growing evidence behind a different approach to cervical disc replacement—one designed not only to preserve motion, but also to address alignment.

Motion preservation is not the finish line. It’s the starting point.
