I’ve had a seed of an idea for a long time now to provide a community space that supports people in some way. Once I got certified to teach yoga and be a life coach, I found how I wanted to offer support. Then once I started living a sober lifestyle, I realized I wanted to offer a place for people to gather in various ways that was alcohol-free. Tea has always been a source of comfort for me and I honestly just LOVE it! (Fun fact, drinking hot tea helped me quit smoking many years ago!) So I decided that a tea bar with a wellness studio was what I wanted to focus on. Then, the universe gave me the opportunity to join this amazing collective of healers and here ya go! Funny how life works when you get clear on what you want and talk to people about it 💫

Get on your mat!
You know what? Some days are total sh*t. There. I said it. You do all the right things, but in the end it still sucks!
When you have those days, give yourself permission to feel mad or sad or disappointed. Throw up some fist unicorns if you have to, but don’t wallow for too long.
The one thing that never fails to get me out of my head and back to a semblance of my badass self is to get on my mat. Period. It is my safe space, my refuge. I can connect back to my body, and when practicing with other people, I connect to the collective energy which can be incredibly healing.
The next time you have a sh*t day, unroll your mat and do some yoga. Maybe it’s only one pose or maybe it’s 87 poses. Just be mindful of presence and breath and let that sh*t go on your mat.
