Hey there! If you’re new around here, let us introduce ourselves. 👋👋👋 We’re the women behind Recover Well—three fitness junkies turned wellness advocates, here to shake up your recovery routine with heart, soul, and a whole lot of fun.
Before Recover Well, we made waves in the fitness world, bringing a little known franchise to Louisville and using social connection to change the way people thought about working out.
After several years of success, we were inspired to do something different. We had recently fallen in love with the transformative benefits of cryotherapy and infrared sauna, but found the existing studios to feel sterile, unwelcoming, or overpriced. We longed for a studio that made people smile the moment they walked in—a place where recovery could be both enjoyable and social, echoing the fun community spirit we brought to fitness.
And just like that, the Recover Well dream was born. ✨
Well it turns out, dreams are one thing, and reality... well, that’s something else entirely. Opening Recover Well was a journey filled with challenges that tested our resolve and commitment. We’d be lying if we said there weren’t moments when we doubted if this vision would ever come to life.
But here’s the truth: we’re not just stubborn; we’re relentless. And maybe a little bit crazy. Giving up was never an option. So, we pushed through, fueled by the belief that our vision was worth fighting for.
Now, here we are—blood, sweat, and a lot of tears later—standing in our little wellness haven, Recover Well. It’s our love letter to those who think wellness is out of reach, to the community searching for something more. The flamingos were placed by the palm tree with care

The studio was glowing, all warm and so bright,

Away to the lounge we flew like a flash,

In the Norton Commons skies, Recover Well Santa did appear.
We knew in a moment his coursers were near.
More rapid than eagles his flamingos they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name:

So up to the studio-top the coursers they flew,
