✨ Curious about Reiki? ✨
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice that restores balance, clears blockages, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. 🌸

This gentle energy work began in the early 1900s with Mikao Usui and is now practiced worldwide for relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual alignment. 💫
