Simple three ingredient protein muffins. 15 grams of protein per serving. I used the large muffin pan to make these and they turned out great! (Kodiak makes lots of flavors, so you can always substitute if blueberry isn't your jam.)

This is something I think about all the time when I’m working out. I can physically feel the weight of the word “tired” if someone says it while I’m running! Pay attention to your inner dialogue. It matters!
