Intermittent fasting is a eating pattern where you cycle between eating and fasting.
Most people are already fasting everyday as they sleep. Intermittent extends fasting longer.
You can do this by skipping breakfast, eating your first meal at noon and your last meal at 8pm.
Then you would have fasted for 16 hours and restricted your eating to an 8 hour eating window.
People have reported having more energy and feeling better during a fast.
Drinking is allowed, but no sweetener.
Believe it or not, humans and animals abstain from eating instinctively when they are ill. That is so that the body can rid itself of toxins.
