Both stimulate growth hormone release, but their medical uses and supporting evidence differ.

✨ Sermorelin has a history in growth hormone testing and treating certain deficiencies in children. Evidence for adult wellness benefits remains limited.

✨ Tesamorelin, as Egrifta, is FDA-approved for excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy, not general weight-loss management.
