Flu season is here, and a little preparation can go a long way. As we head into the fall and winter months, it’s a good time to think about how you can protect yourself and the people around you.

A few simple reminders:
• Wash your hands regularly
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick
• Stay home when you’re feeling unwell
