New on the blog: Lessons from the Mat - The mat is where we explore the lesson. Life is where we practice it.— learning when to act, when to adjust, and when to simply be. If we haven’t met yet, we’re Jo and Mike—the husband-and-wife team behind Mystic Willow.

As we settle into our new space at in Ludlow, we wanted to share a little about the people behind the practice.

Jo brings a love of movement, breath, and connection through Thai bodywork, Reiki, Sound & Vibroacoustic Healing.

Mike’s work is rooted in his connection with nature, weaving together Reiki, shamanic practices, and his love of tarot and runes. He’s also the creator and host of the Divination Club.

We each bring our own approach, with a shared intention: Creating the Conditions for Healing™.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or are just getting curious, we’re glad you’re here. Your questions are welcome, your comfort matters, and you can come as you are.
