Hello Beautiful Souls,

Here is a practice to help align with the energy of spring and why:

Sit comfortably, and put both hands over your liver. (Right side on ribs and slightly below).

Begin taking slow deep complete breaths. Smile. Feel into how far you have come. Conjure in your heart feelings of gratitude and appreciation for the hard things you have done and overcome, big or small.

Sit and breathe with that feeling.

The Liver/Wood element embodies the energy of spring. Its energy is to push and expand, like the sprout emerging from the earth and the flower blossoming.

The Liver can be rigid, angry, and depressed making us feel like we are stuck. It’s our Visionary and houses our Ethereal Soul, aware of our greater purpose (which can be as simple as how we want to show up each day). Appreciation for ourselves softens this energy and helps it flow to rise above, seeing the bigger picture and giving us motivation!

The Liver is also considered the General in the Court of the body (with the ♥️ being the Queen/King), so, shower it with medals, and it will move you to take aligned action! 🫡
