There are some patients we get attached to, this sweet lady is one of them. She would come from Covington to see Tim Bratton at SML. Her boyfriend brought a new referral in today and told us she passed away less than 2 months after this picture was taken the last time she was here.
We really do want to know when something happens to our precious patients. They become like family.

We had a great time this morning with 40 Seniors at the Essig Center. Tim always makes learning about the difference in hearing and understanding and the risk in neurocognitive decline when left untreated fun. We also showed off Caption Call and looked in everyone's ears with the video otoscope. We had the privilege of meeting one sweet lady who will be 100 years young next month!!

One of our favorite days of the month is the day we take care of the precious seniors at Runk and Pratt at Liberty Ridge! Veronica is seen here with a patient who we first treated in our Wyndhurst office. We then saw her at her home when she was taking care of her husband. After he passed and she needed care we followed her to two facilities. She raves about the care at Liberty Ridge and Soundz Hearing CVA! We love Mrs. Helen!!

We are at Liberty Ridge this morning making sure people can hear for Father's Day. Precious time and communication with loved ones is priceless.
"I can hear" with their existing hearing aids is music to our ears 👂
