Quick update:

We will not be at the Wytheville Farmers Market this weekend.

Spending some much needed time with family for a bit.

Spending the weekend at the Weston A Price (Wise Traditions) 26th Annual Conference in DC! It’s has been AMAZING; the people, the food, the presentations, and over 100 health oriented vendors and farmers!

Do you have a local Weston Price chapter in your area?
If so, it’s a great way to meet up with likeminded individuals!

Should Lexie Lester start a chapter in SW Virginia? 😉
