💪 Here's what to do after you donate.

Donating plasma at CSL Plasma is always safe and easy. But your body still needs to recover. Here are some things you can do to help feel your best:

🥗 Eat a light meal to replenish your energy.
💧 Drink more fluids than usual for the next four hours to stay hydrated.
🚫 Avoid alcohol and ci******es to support your body's healing process.
🧼 Keep your injection site clean and dry for proper care.
⏳ Avoid using your donation arm to lift heavy objects for at least two hours after donation.
👀 Keep an eye on our feed for more plasma donation tips to enhance your experience.

✅ Valid, government-issued ID (ex: driver's license or military ID)
✅ Proof of Social Security (ex: Social Security card or W2)
✅ Proof of residency/current lease (ex: piece of mail postmarked in the past 60 days, current lease, utility bill, etc.)
✅ Something to do while you donate. Like... your phone or tablet (📱) with headphones 🎧, a book 📚, or maybe even a friend (we do referral bonuses 😉).
