HOLY SCHNIKES! ❤️

Incredible optimism for the future. THAT'S the vibe after hearing from all of you this week.

When I posted on October 6 about gathering leaders and aspiring leaders for our very own little “Maharishi Effect” experiment, I had NO IDEA how many people would be interested.

In just TWO DAYS, I’ve received HUNDREDS of messages through Facebook, Instagram, DMs, and texts from people who want to co-create in this way.

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS:

🌎 The future is OURS to create.

🌎 The time is NOW.

🌎 We, the people, are READY to co-create a world we're excited to live in.

I have fallen behind on responses and may not be able to reply to everyone individually, but either myself or a friend be sharing more details soon!

If you want to be part of this experiment, DM me your email address. If you’re outside Wisconsin, let me know your state or country so we can loop you in, too!

FOR NOW, MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

📅 Saturday, December 5 | 7 PM | McFarland, WI

We’ll gather in person to connect, have FUN, dream together, and get excited about what we can create.

Daytime festivities are also in the works for Dec 5 (optional, with details coming soon). If you can’t join us in person but would love to tune in, let me know! I can share a little of the evening via Facebook Live.

NEXT STEPS

A friend or I will email everyone within the next week or two with more details.

After we gather on December 5, the experiment begins, as outlined in my October 6 post.

I am overflowing with hope and excitement for what is possible as we come together in this way.

Together, we rise!

**Calling people who love gathering people: circle leaders, aspiring circle leaders, healers, community builders, and anyone who reads this and thinks, “I want to play with that.”

The Maharishi Effect proposes that when the square root of 1% of a population gathers in the coherent practice of Transcendental Meditation, the effects ripple into the larger population.

The research is intriguing and debated, but the math fascinates me.

📍For Wisconsin:

Population: 5,972,787
1% = 59,728
√59,728 = ~244 people

👉244 people. In the entire state of Wisconsin👈

So... what if we played with this?

I’d love to organize with people across Wisconsin and choose 4–7 times when we each gather our own circles on the same day, at the same time, in whatever practice is authentic to us, while holding a shared intention for the well-being of all life.

Then we track:

❓What happens within our circles?
❓Do we notice any ripples beyond them?

Maybe it’s woo-woo. 😂 Maybe something interesting happens.

Humans are already gathering all over Wisconsin for spiritual practices, social activities, music, movement, meditation, prayer, ceremony, yoga, and a thousand other reasons. What if we simply brought some organization and shared intention to what’s already happening?

It reminds me a little of Make Music Madison: musicians all across the city performing on the Summer Solstice, independently, but together.

What if we did something similar with collective intention?

Anyone into this idea?

And thank you, Kathy Shea, for sparking this thought. You said we’re never going to get everyone aligned. I think you’re right.

But maybe we don’t need everyone aligned to create meaningful change❤️‍🩹

September was a deep-down-the-rabbit-hole kind of month of heavily investing in my soul’s evolution.

I had no idea THAT was what I was doing when I left Wisconsin nearly a month ago.

But that is what happened.

I’m home now, and I am a different person.

I’m not totally sure who I am yet, but I love her even more than I could have ever imagined loving myself.

Sandra Ingerman’s class on working with mask and costume disintegrated who I was. This was the last segment of the last teacher traning she’ll teach in this lifetime, and there are no words to describe the impact it had on me; *chef’s kiss!*

Working with the spirit ally that came through me shattered me in the very best way.

And the support and love from Sandra and my fellow classmates was exactly what I needed during a very tender time when I basically turned into caterpillar goo inside the cocoon.

My students will 1000% receive this work as part of my upcoming year-long training. It was more powerful for me than any experience, training, medicine or ceremony I’ve ever been part of.

Then I took Sandra’s recommendation to go to Abiquiú and Ghost Ranch. I took Erin Love’s recommendation to go to Plaza Blanca...

I have no words to accurately capture the power, awe and gratitude for whatever happened to me there.

Then I followed the advice of the spirit helper who came through during Sandra’s training, and I ditched technology and spent four days on a ranch in the middle of nowhere Nebraska being rebirthed.

I will definitely circle back to share what came through from my Sacred Rage process, because that was an important key in all of this too. Thank you to everyone who commented, DM’d and texted me about those posts. Sacred Rage seems to be resonating deeply with many of us.

For now, I’m going to spend the next several days recollecting myself, washing my stinky muddy laundry, and slowly returning to life as “normal”... whatever that means now.

I look forward to getting back in the loop with you all, my loves. ❤️

Anger and rage are potent forces that I believe can be used for good.

As we look at the world around us, we see them bubbling up in a myriad of ways. Sometimes they become catalysts for positive change. Often times, they become destructive.

So what’s the process that will allow us to CONSISTENTLY transmute the potent forces of anger and rage into gold?

Into nourishment that heals, strengthens and uplifts ourselves and the world around us?

How do we use these energies to power up, and raise the bar for a new way of living and treating ourselves and one another?

That’s a question I’m deeply exploring this week.

SACRED RAGE: Anger fully felt, then consciously expressed in service of transformation and positive change.

It was an incredibly potent week working with masks and costumes in my two-year teacher training with Sandra Ingerman.

I worked with one of my spirit helpers, Vulture.

For the last year and a half, Vulture has brought me messages of hope, resilience, depth, grace and beauty. So when my turn came to channel Vulture’s energy and answer questions from Sandra and the class, I expected something similar.

I was SO wrong. 😂

Vulture was fierce, blunt, loud and used very, um… “colorful” language.

Sharing the messages felt like one of those dreams where you suddenly realize you’re naked in front of the entire class.

But with the support of Sandra and my classmates, something shifted. Vulture’s power now lives within me.

Yesterday, talking with a dear friend, rage came pouring through me that I didn’t know I was carrying.

I started crying. And suddenly I realized:

I often cry not because I’m sad, but because I’m angry.

We’re still living with generations of conditioning around which emotions we’re allowed to express:

“Boys don’t cry.”
“Girls should be polite.”

I wonder how much this suppression distorts what’s possible for us, our relationships, our workplaces, and our world.

More importantly:

What becomes possible when we learn to work with anger and rage intentionally, consciously, compassionately and in service to the greater good?

This experience changed me, and I know it’s only the beginning. I’m looking forward to bringing sacred rage and the conscious transmutation of powerful emotions into my work with my own students.

Deep gratitude to Sandra, her helpers and my classmates for witnessing and supporting me as I let Vulture’s medicine move through me.

And I’d love to explore creating a supportive practice for consciously working with and transmuting anger and rage. If this speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you✨

Week 1 of “harmonious”; an “aha!”:

Harmony doesn’t necessarily come by cutting out what is disharmonious.

Sometimes harmony is achieved through commitment, patience, full transparency, perseverance, and the earnest effort to see myself- shadows, cracks, beauty and all.

It’s like untangling a wind-y mess of beautiful, delicate gold chain necklaces- all parts are valuable. All parts are worthy of love, care and patience.

Thanks to my friends for helping me untangle the gold❤️🙏

“Everything is meant to be, but not all things are meant to last. Give gratitude to the experience and move into the spirit of understanding and love.”

-Londrelle

This morning I cracked open Londrelle’s book, “Sun Flower Soul” that I haven’t opened in a ~couple of years.

This was one of quotes that resonated with me most on the pages I had bookmarked.

I must have been reading it last during my divorce.

I know a lot of people are processing relationship endings as of late, so thought I’d share.

Londrelle’s music, poetry and talks were definitely a bright light in my world when I was going through it.

If you’re feeling in the grips of the loss, remember that the world is bright and sunshiny on the other side🌻❤️🌞🤗

It seems as though many of us have felt like we’ve been living inside a pressure cooker lately.

I sure have.

But, no pressure, no 💎

I’ve spent the last 24 hours deeply immersing myself into a practice to bring to the surface the energy that I’m meant to align my actions and choices with for the rest of the year.

The word is HARMONIOUS

Ok, I accept the challenge!

Every choice and action moving forward will be put up against the metaphorical measuring stick, and I will ask myself:

“Is this in alignment with HARMONIOUS?”

Do that thing you’ve been avoiding. Your body will thank you.
