We’re expecting the first few snowflakes here in Vermont this weekend. Perfect timing! Reservations are now open and live* for the Winter 2026-2027 season -weekends and holidays will fill up QUICKLY so don’t delay, make your reservation today!

All winter programs begin Dec. 26, 2026, so whether you’re joining us for the first time or you’ve been coming back year after year, we have something for everyBODY. From Veteran Ventures, a CORE Connections wellness retreat, or a classic day of skiing or snowboarding on the mountain, now’s the time to reserve your spot.

All ages and abilities welcome! Sliding scale/scholarships are available, too. *A few more dates and times will be added in the coming weeks to the schedule as well.

We are excited to share the wonderful news that Upper Valley Services (UVS) is the recipient of the 2026 Vermont Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness Award- Gold Level. This marks our second year as a Gold Level organization.
The annual Worksite Wellness Awards create a standard of excellence for worksite wellness initiatives and recognize Vermont employers’ efforts to improve employee wellbeing, foster a healthy environment, and improve employee engagement.
