Anxious when someone pulls away? Shut down when things get close?

Those patterns aren't flaws. They made sense for the love you first knew, and they can be updated for the love you want now.

DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience) helps you understand how you bond and gently rewire the patterns that aren't serving you. We explore your attachment style with zero shame, building real felt safety and connection along the way.

Support for anxious or avoidant patterns, fear of intimacy, people-pleasing, and feeling secure in yourself and with others.

"How do you fix me?"

Mallory Burggraaf, LSW, starts her answer with this: you are not a problem. From there, the work is getting to know your parts, deepening your relationship with them and learning what a need feels like when it shows up.

Part of you wants to change. Another part really, really doesn't.

That's not you being broken. Internal Family Systems (IFS) sees the mind as made of parts: the worrier, the critic, the protector. None of them are bad. Each one is trying to help in its own way.

In IFS sessions, we turn toward those parts with curiosity instead of judgment, listening to what they carry and what they need. Underneath all of them is a calm, grounded Self. The goal isn't to fix you. It's to help you lead from there.

Helpful for inner criticism, anxiety, old patterns, and that feeling of being at war with yourself.

One piece of the pie, not the whole pie.

When you're blended with a part, that part becomes your entire perspective. Mallory Burggraaf, LSW, explains how unblending gives you just enough space to relate to it. In the STAIR model, that's differentiate first, then link.

You know you're safe. So why doesn't your body believe it?

Somatic Experiencing is a gentle, body-based approach that helps your nervous system finish what it never got to process, so stress and trauma can move through instead of staying stuck.

Sessions are slow and steady. We track what's happening in your body, stay inside your window of tolerance, and never push you back into the hard stuff. You don't have to relive it to heal it.

It might be a fit if you feel stuck after years of talk therapy, live on edge, or find connection hard.

The inner critic. Anxiety. Overwhelm. Dissociation.

None of these parts need to be fought. Mallory Burggraaf, LSW, says they're part of the team, and they show up when something tender is being approached. Turn toward them and ask what they know.

What if your anxiety isn't in the way?

When anxiety shows up in a session, the instinct is to get rid of it. Mallory Burggraaf, LSW, sees it as a wisdom keeper. Get curious about it, and what's underneath often turns out to be grief.

Self-trust isn't a personality trait. It's a capacity, and you can build it.

Mallory Burggraaf, LSW, explains STAIR, the model developed by Jules Taylor Shore. Every tool in it points to three things: self-trust, natural resiliency and brain integration capacity.
