Life is meant to be enjoyed as much as possible. It’s meant to be lived and for you to feel alive. Not for you to be stuck inside both a building or inside your head all day. Get outside and enjoy!

Here in the south east the mornings are now crispy and a wonderful time for you to enjoy a patio session with a nice warm cup of whatever you like!

As the season changes it's important we look at what we planted this year.
What grew?
What didn't?
What do you want to hold on to?
What do you want to let go?

All ancient civilizations saw this time of year as a time to look inward and prepare for the drier and colder months.

That's exactly what we are doing. Nourishment, movement, gratitude for what grew and for what didn't.
