Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is simply getting started. 🌿

Maybe you’ve been navigating a season of change, carrying stress that feels heavier than usual, or noticing that old patterns keep showing up in your life.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Meet Rachel Kelley, LCSW, CSAC, one of our therapists at Greyley Wellness!

Rachel brings a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use concerns, and life transitions. Using approaches like Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing, Rachel helps clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move forward with intention.

The best part? Rachel is currently welcoming new clients!

A little white space in a very full calendar. 🌿

Last year, while participating in a year-long business mastermind with Well-Oiled Operations Stacy Tuschl often talked about the importance of “white space walks.”

Getting outside. Moving your body. Clearing your mind. Creating space for new ideas, fresh perspectives, and a break from the daily grind.

It’s something I know is valuable, yet often one of the first things to disappear when my calendar fills up.

As we move through Q4 and work toward ending the year strong, I’m reminding myself that being intentional doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means creating space to do less, think deeper, and simply be.

Here’s to more fresh air, fewer distractions, and making room for the white space. 🍂

📚✨ Gathered in Gratitude: A Greyley Book Club

Good books. Meaningful conversations. Intentional connection. 🤍

Join us at Greyley Wellness on November 16th from 6:30–7:30 PM for our first quarterly book club, inspired by The Greyley Edit’s fall theme, Gathered in Gratitude.

This quarter, we’re featuring The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker, a book that explores how we can create more meaningful moments when we come together.

🍂 What to expect:

* FREE event, open to everyone!
* Snacks and drinks provided
* Thoughtful conversation and connection
* A little take-home gift
* The Greyley Edit open for shopping!

Haven’t read the book? Come anyway! You don’t need to finish (or even start!) the book to join the conversation.

We believe gathering with intention can make even the simplest moments meaningful. We’d love to save you a seat!

✨ Space is limited. Register through the link in our bio or via QR code.

There’s something about stepping into a space and knowing you can exhale. 🤍

At Greyley Wellness, we’ve intentionally created our offices to feel warm, comfortable, and safe but what happens inside these rooms matters even more.

When you sit down with a Greyley therapist, you’re meeting with a fully licensed, experienced mental health professional committed to providing confidential, thoughtful, evidence-based care.

A space where your story is treated with respect.
Where your privacy matters.
Where you can show up exactly as you are.
And where the work you do together is grounded in professionalism, compassion, and trust.

Sometimes taking care of yourself starts simply by walking through the door.

Come in. Take a seat. You’re in a safe place. 🤍

The therapy session begins before the client walks through the door.

At Greyley Wellness, we believe thoughtful therapy doesn’t happen by accident. Behind every meaningful session is intentional preparation, reviewing where a client has been, reflecting on what they may need today, considering what approaches might be helpful, and creating space to be fully present with them.

For Stephanie, preparation is an important part of honoring each client’s individual story. She takes time to thoughtfully consider the work they are doing together so that sessions feel purposeful, personalized, and responsive, not one-size-fits-all.
Because therapy isn’t simply about showing up for an hour.

It’s about showing up prepared, curious, and fully invested in the person sitting across from you. 🌿

The quiet work behind the scenes matters, too.

Rainy mornings at Greyley. ☕️🌧️

Opening the office, turning on all the lamps, making the first cup of coffee, and letting the space slowly come to life.

There’s something about a rainy morning that invites us to move a little slower and begin with intention.

Today’s intention: be present, do what matters, and leave a little room for pause. 🤍

Here’s to a cozy start to the day at Greyley.

📚 More Than Just Books~Tools for Healing

Have you ever noticed the library wall in our office?
It’s more than a collection of books, it’s a carefully curated resource our therapists use to support clients throughout their healing journey.

From anxiety and trauma to grief, relationships, self-compassion, parenting, mindfulness, and personal growth, our shelves are filled with trusted resources that help bring therapeutic concepts to life.

During sessions, your therapist may recommend a book, share a meaningful passage, or use an exercise from one of these resources to deepen your understanding and support the work you’re doing together.

Every client is unique, and sometimes the right words, workbook, or guided activity can provide insight, encouragement, or a fresh perspective between sessions.

Our library reflects our commitment to lifelong learning and providing evidence-informed care that extends beyond the therapy room.
📖 Because healing isn’t just about talking, it’s also about learning, growing, and discovering resources that resonate with you.

Have a favorite mental health or personal growth book? We’d love to hear about it in the comments!
