A NEW CHAPTER IS ON THE HORIZON🥰✨-

As many of you have seen, the physical space of Yana Yoga as we have known it for the last 16 years has come to a close. Yana’s heart is far larger than any building, as far as I’m concerned she’s just a baby still 😋

What an absolute badass chapter of our lives in these walls! Truly my favorite chapter so far!

The community- the connection- the REconnection with self, and discovery of so many different edges of ourselves and relationships with the world around us has been absolutely irreplaceable.

THANK YOU with my whole heart and then some for being such a powerful part of my own personal story, and helping me to truly have a dream come true!
THANK YOU for trusting me to cultivate and lead such a safe space for us all to just let it all GO and EXHALE over the years. It’s not “just a yoga studio” it’s a place where we seek guidance and refuge. And that is exactly what we did TOGETHER.
And THANK YOU to my incredible power house teachers who strapped up and into this ride along side of me. Belly laughs and tears of all kinds have watered many of Yana’s roots and without you, we wouldn’t have had such a smooth and exciting ride!

As for me- The time has come to take some time to “wooosaaa” in a way that calls me most now - to rest! To BAKE! To READ! To FROLIC in the woods! To look UP at my beautiful family, and to ultimately enjoy my here and NOW🫶🏼 I think sometimes we get so stuck striving and trying to be something next that we forget to realize HERE IS SO, SO, GOOD💕

Once I am feeling ready to roll in the land of momentum again you bet your sweethearts I will be creating far and wide with TRAVEL LIGHT STUDIOS AND YANA! Here, there, everywhere, and even adding to what it is I have offered this far . We are creators, and for me- I will never be “finished” just on to the next creation.

Having trouble seeing classes ?

It’s alllll good baby! They’re there! Vagaro just added a filter (that we are trying to get rid of for you 🤭).

Quick “in the meantime” fix! :

When you get to the schedule, it will most likely say that we don’t have any classes scheduled for the month, which of course is incorrect 😋 Instead, just type in even the first few letters of the class that you were looking to book in the search bar under CLASSES and it will pop right up for you! Questions? Hit that help line! 518-955-1764 ✨

We like to call this recipe : Candlelight Yoga + Sound (so original right 😉) the name might not be, but the love that goes into it- 100% is and we all know the best cooking is the kind infused with good, good, lovin🍃✨🕯️
