It all started with four friends and a single location in Nashua.

Now, 37 years later, we have eight locations throughout Southern New Hampshire and more than ONE MILLION patient visits. 💙

That’s more than a milestone. It’s 37 years of helping people move better, feel better, and get back to the lives they love!

Behind those visits are dedicated clinicians and staff helping people return to work after an injury, get back on the field, keep up with their grandchildren, or simply feel good doing everyday things again. There are first steps after surgery, hard-earned progress, and familiar faces returning when they need help again.

To the patients and families who have trusted us with their care—thank you. Your progress, your stories, and the friends and family you’ve sent our way have made CPTE what it is today.

To our entire team, past and present: thank you for the care behind every visit. And to the physicians and community partners who have placed their trust in us—thank you for being part of these 37 years.

We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with you!

Please join us in congratulating Lindsey Bokuniewicz, PT, DPT, on her promotion to Regional Manager at CPTE! 💙

Lindsey joined CPTE two years ago as Clinic Director in Pelham, helping grow the clinic’s patient community and team from day one. Now, she’ll oversee our Pelham and two Hudson clinics while continuing to treat patients.

A runner herself, Lindsey has worked closely with cross-country runners and coaches. Her clinical experience spans orthopedic and sports rehab, postoperative care, and neurological and balance conditions.

Patients and staff love Lindsey for the care she brings to everything she does. She leads by example, mentors her team, and cares about each person’s success.
Congratulations, Lindsey! We’re grateful to have you on our leadership team.

The best mentors are the ones who have been there.

Movement is more than exercise — it’s a foundation for living well.

During National Wellness Month, we’re recognizing the important role physical therapy plays in helping people move with confidence, stay active, and continue doing the things they love.

At CPTE, our clinicians help patients build strength, improve mobility, prevent injury, and reach their goals through personalized care and meaningful connections.

Because wellness isn’t just about feeling better today — it’s about supporting the movement, independence, and activities that matter for the future.

From debilitating hip pain to doing THIS. 👀

When this Merrimack patient came to CPTE, he was dealing with significant hip pain and had been told a hip replacement might be in his future.

After rehab, he’s back to doing the things he loves — lacrosse, mountain biking, weightlifting…and apparently water sports too. 😂

His treatment included manual therapy, mobility work, strengthening and activity modifications, all with one goal in mind: getting him back to his life.

We’ll gladly brag about our patients when they do amazing things like this. 💪

Want to work with patients who are determined to get back to what they love? Join the CPTE team.
