Happy Homecoming Hawks! We’re proudly wearing our West Delaware colors in the office today! 🖤

As a local health and wellness clinic, we love being part of a community that supports our students, athletes, and families. Whether it’s helping athletes stay active, supporting busy families, or simply cheering our Hawks on from the sidelines, we’re proud to serve the community we call home.

Wishing everyone a fun, safe, and memorable Homecoming! Go Hawks! 🏈🎉

Yay! Welcome Elli...we are so excited for you to join us!🥰

Let me re-introduce myself 😊
My name is Elli Gudenkauf, owner and massage therapist at Cultivate Wellness + Massage Therapy. I graduated from massage school and became a mother all in the same week back in February. After taking some sweet time soaking in our family firsts, I am excited to start serving previous and new clients at my new location. I am located in the same office as Wellness Within Chiropractic and Wellness and Flourish with Lisa in downtown Manchester!
My schedule is now open, and I will begin seeing clients this week (4/15)!🙌🏼Please shoot me a message if you'd like to schedule a massage with me. 563-608-2562

HUGE thanks to my mom, Lisa, for being a fabulous mentor to me in the massage world and motherhood. And to Ben for being my rock and biggest cheerleader through school, motherhood and beyond. I am blessed beyond measure.🤍
