Recreation Professional - Memory Care Assisted Living

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and creative recreation professional to lead meaningful engagement and life enrichment programming in our 20-bed memory care assisted living community.

The ideal candidate is passionate about serving older adults living with dementia and understands that recreation is much more than activities. It is about creating purpose, connection, joy, and moments of success each day. This individual will develop and lead engaging programs that support residents' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Successful candidates will be energetic, organized, flexible, and able to think outside the box to create individualized and group experiences that enrich the lives of those we serve. Experience in senior living, recreation therapy, activities, healthcare, dementia care, education, or a related field is preferred.
