✨ Some leadership journeys come full circle. ✨

We're excited to also recognize Marilyn Castro in her role as Director of Quality Assurance.

Marilyn's Journey Found story is one of dedication, growth, and leadership. Since joining the organization in 2015 as a Direct Support Professional, she has advanced through several roles, most recently serving as Quality Assurance Manager before assuming her current position.

With more than 20 years of experience in human services, Marilyn brings a deep understanding of quality, compliance, and person-centered supports. In her role, she leads agency-wide quality initiatives, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps ensure the highest standards of service for the individuals we support.

Movers & Shakers is a place where individuals can come together to share ideas, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and advocate for themselves and others. Through engaging discussions, educational opportunities, guest speakers, and peer support, participants will explore topics that matter most to them, including independence, community inclusion, employment, relationships, self-determination, and disability rights.

🌟 ALL are welcome! 🌟

We encourage participation from:
