💚🖤 LET’S TALK ABOUT TATTOO DEPOSITS! 🖤💚

At Clean Lines Tattoo Company, we believe in being transparent with our clients, and we want everyone to understand how our scheduling process works and why we require deposits.

We’ve recently had some questions regarding our deposit policy, so we thought this would be a great opportunity to explain! 💚

💚 WHAT IS A TATTOO DEPOSIT?

When you schedule a tattoo appointment with Brandon, we require a $60 non-refundable scheduling deposit.

This deposit does a few important things:

🖤 It reserves a specific date and time on Brandon’s schedule just for YOU.

🖤 It allows Brandon to begin preparing for your appointment, including working on your custom tattoo design.

🖤 It helps protect the time that has been reserved for you, which could otherwise have been offered to another client.

🖤 It provides a mutual commitment between our shop and the person scheduling the appointment.

💚 DOES THE $60 GO TOWARD MY TATTOO?

ABSOLUTELY!

Your $60 deposit is deducted from the total price of your tattoo when you come in for your scheduled appointment.

It is NOT an additional charge on top of your tattoo price!

🖤 WHY ARE DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE?

When you reserve an appointment, that time is removed from Brandon’s availability. He may also begin working on your design and preparing for your appointment before you ever walk through our doors.

If an appointment is canceled, we cannot always fill that opening, and the time Brandon has already invested cannot be recovered.

We understand that life happens! Cars break down, unexpected expenses arise, schedules change, and emergencies occur. We genuinely understand that.

However, those circumstances do not change the purpose of a scheduling deposit.

💚 WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

We always encourage our clients to communicate with us as soon as possible.

Under certain circumstances, Brandon may choose to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment. This is entirely at his discretion and is not guaranteed.

🖤 WHAT ABOUT COMMUNICATING THE POLICY?

We believe clients should understand the terms of their deposit before making a payment. Our goal is to communicate those expectations clearly so there is no confusion about what the deposit covers or why it is non-refundable.

Moving forward, we will continue emphasizing our deposit policy throughout the scheduling process.

Today, I want to take a moment to recognize someone who is not only an incredibly talented local artist but also someone I am fortunate enough to call my friend! ❤️

Meet Samantha Quillan, the creative heart behind Sawdust Sami! 🪵🎨

Samantha and I have been friends for quite some time, and if you know her, you know she is one of those people who genuinely has a heart of gold. She’s kind, loving, creative, and has so many incredible talents!

Her husband has been creating beautiful wood carvings out of logs, and somewhere along the way, Samantha decided to join in on the fun! And let me tell you, she’s finding her own creative talent in the process! ❤️

Between her love for her family, her passion for photography, and now her beautiful wood carvings, this woman has so much to offer!
