Soaring for Success is growing something special… our very own KINDNESS TREE! 🌳

We believe that even the smallest act of kindness can make a BIG difference. A smile, a helping hand, a thoughtful word, including someone who feels left out, or doing something nice when no one is watching — it all matters!

Now we want YOU to be part of it!
Comment to…
✨ Share a kind thing YOU have done.
✨ Tell us about an act of kindness you witnessed.
✨ Give a shout-out to someone who made your day brighter.
✨ Encourage a friend to spread kindness, too!

We will see our fall leaves fill up the tree fast with your help and participation!

A Message from Soaring for Success

At Soaring for Success, we believe that success is about more than the work we do. It’s also about the people behind the work, the families who matter to them, and the compassion we show one another through every season of life.

As Bobbi takes a temporary leave of absence, we want to honor her privacy and respect the time and space she needs to prioritize what matters most. We recognize that family is an important part of life, and sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is allow ourselves and others the grace to take a step back and focus on those priorities.

During this time, we will continue our work with patience, understanding, and a commitment to taking things one day at a time. We remain dedicated to our mission while recognizing that people, family, and well-being matter far beyond any schedule or timeline.

We appreciate our community’s kindness, understanding, and respect for Bobbi and her family’s privacy during this time.

At Soaring for Success, we believe that progress can happen one day at a time, that compassion is always important, and that there is strength in giving one another grace.

With care and understanding,
Soaring for Success
🧡 💙 💜

🎃👻 Soaring for Success had a spooktacular time trunk or treating! 🍬🧡

Events like these are about more than just the costumes and candy, even though the kids may think differently to begin the adventure! This event gave our kids opportunities to practice social skills, communication, taking turns, being patient in line, following directions, building confidence, and interacting with others in a fun, supportive environment. Having conversations to foreshadow the expectations of the experience and reflect on what we did, and make trades for healthier alternatives went well!

Thank you Baycare Manitowoc Clinic for the fun and excitement!

We love participating in opportunities for our kids to learn, grow, build friendships, and make lasting memories along the way! 🧡🦇☠️

🎃Soaring for Success at Pumpkin Palooza! 🎃

Our participants had a fantastic time engaging with the community at Pumpkin Palooza! Huge thank you to Burger Boat for hosting the event!

Participants explored the different textures of pumpkins, unleashed their creativity, practiced safe pumpkin-carving skills, and enjoyed socializing and connecting with their peers. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun together! 👏🎨

✏️📚 Back in the Groove! 🎒✨

There’s just something special about getting back into a school routine! We all get too busy, focus on what’s new and get into starting the new habits. Keeping those pencils & minds sharp, feeling the crisp clean notebooks and enjoying the fresh smell of brand-new books! 📖

At Soaring for Success, we’re embracing the structure of a school routine, building positive habits, strengthening our skills, and getting ready to take on each new day with confidence! 🌟
Here’s to fresh starts, new goals, and a year full of learning, growth, and accomplishments! 🍎📝

🚒🔥 A Day at the Fire Department! 🔥🚒
Last week our youth had an exciting opportunity to visit the Fire Department and get a behind-the-scenes look at what firefighters do on a daily basis!
From exploring the fire station and learning about the equipment they use to hearing about the many responsibilities firefighters have beyond responding to fires, our youth gained a firsthand look at the important work these everyday heroes do for our community. 👨‍🚒🧯🚒

We had an amazing opportunity to visit the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department and learn more about the important work being done to keep our community safe! 🚓👮 👮‍♀️
During our visit, the youth were able to learn more about how dispatch works, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of what happens behind the scenes when someone calls for help. 📞🚨
We are so thankful for the opportunity to connect with the Sheriff’s Department and give our youth a firsthand look at the important work they do every day. Every question asked is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence! 💙🧡💜

🦅 🦊 We took a walk on the wild side! 🦇 🐍
We discovered all the creatures of Bay Beach Wild Life Sanctuary last Friday!

We challenged the kiddos to find new & interesting facts, take time to read through some of the nature centers learning plaques and get hands on each chance they could!

Experiences like this helps our youth discover new interests, and learn that there is always something new waiting to be explored! 🐾 🌍
