💙 October is National Bullying Prevention Month!
Bullying affects 1 in 5 students, but we all have the power to change that. Creating a safe, welcoming world starts with simple, daily actions:
✨Choose Kindness - A simple smile or inclusion can change someone’s day.
🗣️Speak Up - if you see someone being mistreated, don’t be a bystander.
🫱Reach Out - look out for those who might feel isolated or left out.

Let’s use this month to listen more, judge less, and build a community where everyone feels valued and safe.

Free Supplies Available!
Jewell County Health Dept has nonsurgical masks, paper gowns, and face shields available to give away to anyone interested. These supplies are past their expiration dates and are being offered for non medical use only. Some masks may be useful for general tasks around dust. Paper gowns and face shields could be used for crafts, costumes, or educational demonstrations.
These items should not be relied on for medical protection or tasks requiring certified respiratory or eye protection.
If interested, please call 785-378-4060 to arrange pickup. Available while supplies last!
