A lot more than lunch!

From food service and culinary arts to hands-on life-skills instruction, school kitchens are taking on new roles. And modular construction is giving districts more flexibility in how these spaces are designed and delivered.

A colorful welcome for Palo Verde College’s youngest learners! 🎨

From the custom circular entry canopy to the colorful classrooms inside, the Child Development Center in Blythe brings a playful touch to the college campus.

We partnered with SILLMAN to customize our AMS EVOLVE modular design for Palo Verde College's early learning program. The 9,600-square-foot building combines classrooms, a kitchen and support spaces in a secure U-shaped layout with room for indoor and outdoor learning and play.

There’s a lot that goes into setting two-story modular buildings, and last week was no exception. It takes a skilled, experienced crew and plenty of coordination to bring a project of this size together.

Dan, Tony and David Sarich are still actively involved in the projects we deliver and the decisions that shape our company.

Last week, our Northern California Engineering and Sales teams, led by Director of Engineering Scott Wade, visited two recently completed two-story campuses: Branciforte Middle School and Capri Elementary.

Getting back into completed buildings gives our team a chance to look beyond the drawings. From structural details and architectural finishes to project-specific design solutions, every visit offers insights that help shape future schools.

Our modular building systems are designed to be repeatable and scalable, but every campus is built around the needs of the district, the site, and the students it serves. No two projects are exactly alike.

A construction manager, an architect, and a school district walk into a modular factory…

👀 A first look at Aviara Oaks Elementary School.

As part of a larger campus modernization, AMS delivered two AMS FORM buildings totaling 9,600 square feet. Designed to complement the existing campus, the buildings incorporate architectural finishes and materials that blend seamlessly with their surroundings.

Always a good day when project teams get to see their building in production.

This week, we welcomed representatives from .academy Education for Change Public Schools, Blueprint Futures, and the project team to our Manteca factory for a firsthand look at their project and the modular construction process.
