Take a look at the website if you want a preview of most of the varieties that will be available to purchase in February! I've been working hard to get all of them photographed the last few days. As always, varieties and quantities will be determined by the number and health of tubers developing underground. I plan to start digging and curing in the next week or two.

I'm quite happy with this bouquet I made for work. It makes me smile every time I see it!

Sorry to go quiet for a while but the last couple of weeks have been intense (school starting, teaching restarting, harvest season), stressful, and heavy. I went to the garden today between errands to make sure my "unicorn" row was fully labeled. I only had about 30 minutes between my appointment and picking up my oldest from school. I got out of my car and the neighbor quickly waved me down: "Stop! There is a bear in the apple tree!"

Hopefully he and his buddy will move on tonight so I can get back to the garden tomorrow!
