Do you want the cleanest & healthiest mouth you’ve ever had? If you try this mouth system out and love it, please share with others. My teeth have improved hugely since I started & only getting better everyday. My only regret is not starting it sooner.

If I had to choose one health tip that will make a huge difference in your life, it’s this…..
Before you eat make sure you get fiber (psyllium husk capsules or a good fiber drink), a pear, kiwi, avocado, cucumber, chia seeds, leafy greens, sauerkraut, beans, lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, nuts/seeds... preferably 6 grams of fiber from low glycemic foods. Healthy fats & protein, and carbs last. After you eat, work your big muscles to pull glucose out of your bloodstream & into your muscles…. Calf raises, squats, wall sits, walking. This will stabilize your blood sugar, help you lose weight, not gain weight, and you’ll feel better.

If you saw my last post, you know that my husband was seriously injured in an accident on July 21, 2026.

If you feel inspired, sharing that post and/or my Linktree would mean so much to our family. It includes links to some of my favorite products, and any purchases made through those links help support us while he focuses on healing—at no extra cost to you.

My website is a place where I share my passion, information, encouragement, and a little more love with the world.

Thank you for every share, every kind word, and every purchase. Your support means more than you know♥️

Mirror & Glass Cleaner

1/2 cup rubbing alcohol
1/3 cup white distilled vinegar
fill the rest of a 16 ounce spray bottle with purified or distilled water and add 20 drops of lemon essential oil
Of all the glass cleaners I’ve used through the years, this is my favorite that I make myself.
