Caregiver teach moment 💡 Flu season is here — 5 small habits that help protect seniors at home: 1) Wash hands often, and ask visitors to do the same. 2) Wipe down doorknobs, rails and remotes. 3) Keep water within reach — hydration matters even in cold months. 4) Air out rooms when you can. 5) If a visitor is sick, reschedule the visit — and talk with your loved one's doctor about the flu shot.
