Different times. Different behaviors.
It's no hot news, that our day-to-day is changing by the minute. And with THAT so is the way you, healthcare providers, operate your private practice. Some practices have stopped receiving patients, others have had to offer limited services due to the COVID-19 virus. Have you considered expanding your healthcare services online?
Knowing a thing or two of healthcare administration and marketing, this is a great time for you, as a practice owner, to brainstorm ideas with your team and consider ways of expanding your services virtually. It is also a good time to test what works for you, your team and your patients - and what doesn’t. Lemme tell yuh with new times come NEW CONSUMER BEHAVIORS.
We are consuming stress support and relief!
As healthcare providers, you would be doing a disservice if you stopped sharing your expertise with the world, especially during these times. Share your knowledge, use your creativity. Genuinely care about your following in social media platforms, this always wins. Add value!

I’m just saying, keep your mind open to new opportunities as your patients’ needs change and evolve.
I hope this has at least served as an idea igniter. Find an angle that fits your expertise. Think of ideas, listen to your patients. They know what they want and need, and they will tell you if you just ask. Taking genuinely good care of your patients is taking good care of your business as well - Let me know how your ideas flow in the comments below, I’d love to hear them!
Stay safe, friend!
