is a noninvasive technique that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. It is used to treat , , obsessive-compulsive disorder and other neurological disorders.

During a TMS session, an electromagnet is placed on the client’s head and produces a magnetic field. This magnetic field induces an electrical current that stimulates nerve cells in the region of the brain being targeted. The treatment works by stimulating a region of the brain called the dorsolateral-prefrontal cortex allowing improved neuron communication, blood flow, and regeneration of brain cells responsible for improving mood and cognitive function.
